Simple and clean joints are bolted securely for fast and safe erection and disassembly.
No joints along the wall surfaces help with cleaning down process. The product surfaces can take harsh cleaning every day. Some of the surfaces we are offering have a 10 year guarantee for surviving this kind of cleaning practice.
We are recommending using products using non-leaching, environmentally friendly, antimicrobial coatings. The antimicrobial coated materials we use provides a permanent molecular barrier that is attached to the surface by the following routes:
- Reacts with available functional groups to form covalent bonds
- Homopolymerizes to form a high molecular weight polymer
- Forms strong hydrogen bonds with ingredients in the treated material or surface.
The structural core material is derived from recycled glass. Aside from this making the panel extremely sustainable, we found that glass gives us all of the performances needed not only in structure but also in resisting fire, mould, moisture, fatigue, impact, freeze thaw and thermal.
After extensive research found the glass core material to be the best material available to use in this application. We have a panel that under even extreme weather and natural disaster conditions is not compromised nor is its performance reduced.
